 Our extensive experience, gained through the provision of rig and location construction services too many of the largest Oil and Gas support companies located in Iraq, has us to provide the necessary physical security elements along with accommodation units, life support equipment and other critical equipment to the industry in a timely manner. Our logistics personnel work around the clock to achieve our client aims to ensure that SGC products and services are delivered as promised and within the pressured time constraints often facing our clients. SGC can provide other life support elements to our clients such as on-site catering services, physical security manning, transportation, and demining if necessary.
A concrete plant of 120 cubic meter/hour produc0on capacity is available and consists of:

• Four feeding hoppers each of 16 cubic meter capacity - two for sand and two for gravel

• Weighing system under hoppers

• Feedback/feeding/stockpile conveyor

• Water tank

• Aggregate batcher

• Two silos, one for regular and another for reinforced concrete

• Control room Every 20 seconds, 3 cubic meters of concrete are loaded from crusher onto truck

simultaneously while material is prepared in a reserve bin above – and directly linked to – crusher
